Industrial & Technical Capability

An engineering and manufacturing trajectory spanning nearly four decades (RENAIN C.A., est. 1988; NINOX ZFS S.A.S., Colombia), an industrial alliance for mobile health infrastructure, and a direct logistics route from Zona Franca Santander to the Port of Georgetown.

Engineering trajectory

The group's industrial lineage traces back to RENAIN C.A. (Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela), operating since 1988 in industrial and vehicle-body engineering — renain.net — and continues through NINOX ZFS S.A.S. (Zona Franca Santander, Colombia) — ninoxcorp.com.

Industrial alliance: NINOX ZFS S.A.S.

Ascend Guyana Inc.'s mobile health infrastructure work is built on an industrial alliance with NINOX ZFS S.A.S. for the design and manufacture of mobile medical units. NINOX's plant at Zona Franca Santander, Floridablanca, Colombia, is the current manufacturing base and reference for executed capacity: MED MAX, DONOR MAX, EMER MAX and LAB MAX units are already operating in Colombia's health sector, including a unit delivered for Ecopetrol.

Programme technology partners

Technology partners referenced by AGI's mobile health programme include Philips (medical equipment) and clinical protocols aligned with Northwell Health. These are programme technology partnerships; no signed contracts are asserted here.

Logistics

Manufacturing at Zona Franca Santander connects to Guyana via a direct Caribbean maritime route to the Port of Georgetown.
